I wish to provide an exceptional level of dental care for all my patients. From the moment you walk in the office to the moment you leave I want you to feel comfortable, listened too and “great” about your visit. I want you to leave knowing more about your dental health and more educated about the services offered. Dr. Barry and I want you to have the most advanced, state-of-the-art dental technology available to help diagnose and treat your dental needs.

Listening is the key to understanding your dental concerns. Together as I listen you and I will develop short and long term dental health goals. My first priority is for you to have the healthy beautiful smile you deserve!

An Outstanding Education Forms the Foundation

Dr. Love is dedicated to advancing her dental career with continuing education. She wishes to provide you with the best that dentistry has to offer. Personalized, state-of-the-art dentistry is her desire for all her patients. Dr. Love began her educational career in 1977 with an RDH in dental hygiene from The Ohio State University. 1978 she completed a B.S. in Health Education from The Ohio State University. She taught dental hygiene until 1990 when she completed a Masters in Heath Education at Youngstown State University. She received a DDS from the college of Dentistry at Ohio State University in 1996. A one-year General Practice Hospital based residency was completed in 1997.

	Dentist from Columbus offering mercury free and esthetic dentistry. Our practice is dedicated to your quality care and is pleased to reserve time exclusively for you. We attempt to schedule appointments that are most convenient for you and that fit your personal schedule. We respect our patients' time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Some visits are more complicated than initially anticipated, and emergencies may arise that could delay us. If we are significantly delayed, every effort will be made to notify you beforehand so you may choose to come later or reschedule. Most people recognize dental amalgams as silver fillings. Dental amalgam is a mixture of mercury free, and an alloy of silver, tin and copper. Mercury makes up about 45-50 percent of the compound. Mercury is used to bind the metals together and to provide a strong, hard durable filling. After years of research, mercury has been found to be the only element that will bind these metals together in such a way that can be easily manipulated into a tooth cavity. Dr. Barry is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), an organization of general cosmetic dentists who are dedicated to professional development and continuing education. All AGD members must remain current with advances in the profession to provide quality patient treatment. Oral health means more than just an attractive smile. Poor oral health and untreated oral diseases and conditions can have a significant impact on quality of life. And in many cases, the condition of the mouth mirrors the condition of the body as a whole. Recent reports indicate a relationship between periodontal (gum) disease and stroke, heart disease, and pre-term low-birth-weight babies. Likewise, more than 90 percent of all systemic diseases have oral manifestations, meaning Dr. Barry may be the first health care provider to diagnose a health problem.
